What I’m Reading: 

I recently finished "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara. This book is a must-read for leaders across all sectors, especially if you're a foodie or a fan of the TV show The Bear on FX. Guidara's insights into exceptional hospitality offer valuable lessons on leadership, customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
